Slingsby Espresso Martini
30ml Slingsby Vodka
20ml Coffee liqueur
60ml Cold brew coffee
15ml Vanilla syrup
Pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cubed ice. Shake vigorously. Strain to remove the ice and then shake again before straining into a Martini glass and garnishing with coffee beans.
Vodka Rose
25ml Slingsby Vodka
10ml Rose water
Botanical tonic water
Mix the vodka and rose water together then top with botanical tonic water. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
