Martini Day falls on 19th June every year, and it may just be one of our favourite cocktail days! A martini is a classic gin cocktail traditionally made with gin and dry vermouth, but in true Slingsby-style, we have got a selection of wonderful martini cocktail creations using our full range. Whether you prefer a classic London Dry, our fruity Yorkshire Rhubarb or zesty Marmalade gin, have a look through our favourite martini creations and you may just find your new favourite...

London Dry Martini
- 60ml Slingsby London Dry Gin
- 5ml Dry Vermouth
Fill a martini glass with ice and set aside to chill. In a mixing glass, add your ingredients and fill with ice and stir until chilled and diluted to your taste. Throw away the ice from the martini glass and strain into the martini glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon to finish.
Yorkshire Rhubarb Martini
- 30ml Slingsby Yorkshire Rhubarb Gin
- 12.5ml White Vermouth
Stir ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Breakfast Martini
- 40ml Slingsby Marmalade Gin
- 25ml Orange Liqueur
- 50ml Orange Juice
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Slingsby Marmalade Preserve
Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Option – top with Prosecco and garnish with a tiny slice of marmalade on toast!
Espresso Martini
- 30ml Slingsby Pure Grain Vodka
- 20ml Coffee Liqueur
- 60ml Cold Brew Coffee
- 15ml Vanilla Syrup
- Pinch of Salt
Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cubed ice. Shake vigorously. Strain to remove the ice and then shake again. Lastly, strain into a Martini glass and garnish with coffee beans.
Mother Shipton's Elixir
- 35ml Slingsby Old Tom
- 35ml Cocchi Torrino
- 1 Dash Orange Bitters
- 2 Dash Peychaud Bitters
- Luxardo Cherry Garnish
Add all ingredients to a stirring glass with ice and stir for approximately 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass, zest with the orange peel and wipe around the rim of the glass. Discard and garnish with a luxardo cherry.
