Monday 5th June
Louise’s Negroni
- 30ml Slingsby London Dry Gin
- 30ml cinzano 1757 Rossa
- 30ml Campari
Stir down and serve in a glass straight from the freezer over ice, garnish with grapefruit and atomized saline solution (if you’re feeling creative).
Tuesday 6th June
Fig Sbagliato
- 25ml Slingsby Navy Strength Gin
- 25ml Fig Liquor
- 20ml Cocchi vermouth di torino
- Top with prosecco
Build over ice, top with Prosecco and garnish with a Maraschino cherry.
Wednesday 7th June
Slingsby Rhubarb Negroni
- 25ml Slingsby Rhubarb Gin
- 15ml Aperol
- 10ml Campari
- 25ml Cocci Rosa
Stir down with ice and garnish with a rhubarb ribbon.
Thursday 8th June
Auburn Negroni
- 30ml Slingsby Rhubarb Gin
- 10ml Kings Ginger
- 30ml Cocchi Rosa
- 20ml Aperol
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled rocks glass over ice. Garnish with an orange peel.
Friday 9th June
Negroni Blanco
- 25ml Slingsby Navy Strength Gin
- 30ml Cocchi Americano
- 20ml Luxardo Maraschino
- 4 drops Grapefruit Bitters
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass over ice. Garnish with grapefruit peel.
