Slingsby's Easter Shake

RHUBARB GIN

Mix gin with creamy chocolate sauce and fresh milk to make the perfect Slingsby-style milkshake this Easter… or any time of the year if you wish!

INGREDIENTS

37.5ml Slingsby Yorkshire Rhubarb Gin

12.5ml Crème de Cacao

150ml Milk

20ml Chocolate Sauce*


*Put three squares of dark choc in bowl, place inside another bowl with hot water in it. Once melted, mix in 50ml double cream to complete.

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake & strain into jam jar/glass mug and garnish with a strawberry and even more chocolate!
