The fresh juice in this cocktail really gives this drink a delightfully refreshing taste and that combined with our tart and tangy Rhubarb gin creates a fabulous cocktail that is even better shared with friends!
INGREDIENTS
30ml Slingsby Yorkshire Rhubarb Gin
25ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
12.5ml Sugar syrup
Top with Soda or Prosecco
INSTRUCTIONS
Build all ingredients in a wine glass filled with ice. Stir and top with Prosecco or soda. Garnish with a wedge of pink grapefruit.
