Rhubarb Negroni

We adapted the recipe of a classic Negroni cocktail to give a sophisticated Slingsby spin that makes it even more of a delight to drink. For those of you making this at home, we think you are going to really enjoy this mix of flavours and mixing those with a fresh orange wedge and zesty pink grapefruit twist gives it the perfect finishing touch.
