For those looking for a sweet and satisfying fruity drink, our Grapefruit Soda is the perfect cocktail to do the trick. The fresh Rhubarb flavour really bursts through in this drink and the wedge of pink grapefruit to garnish brings the different flavours together wonderfully.

INGREDIENTS

50ml Slingsby Yorkshire Rhubarb Gin

20ml Elderflower Cordial

50ml Pink Grapefruit Juice

Top with Soda

INSTRUCTIONS

Build all ingredients in a short glass filled with ice. Stir gently and top with soda. Garnish with a wedge of pink grapefruit.
