We say that it isn't officially Christmas until you have a Cosmopolitan in hand and our Comet's Cosmo is one of our favourites. A Slingsby spin on this classic gives this a wonderful festive touch... especially with a vibrant, peppermint candy cane for after!

INGREDIENTS

35ml Slingsby Vodka

15ml Cointreau

50ml Cranberry Juice

25ml Lime Juice

15ml Cinnamon Syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Add some festive fun and garnish with a candy cane!
