Brontë's Bramble

RHUBARB GIN

For this year’s Yorkshire Day, we wanted to pay homage to our heritage and what does that more than tipping our hat to the world famous and Yorkshire’s own Brontë sisters. This cocktail is simple yet super effective and uses three wonderfully fruity flavours.

INGREDIENTS

37.5ml Slingsby Yorkshire Rhubarb Gin

25ml Lemon Juice

12.5ml Blackberry Liqueur

INSTRUCTIONS

Churn the gin and lemon juice with crushed ice in a rocks glass. Top with more ice and drizzle over the liqueur. Garnish the glass with a blackberry and lemon wedge.
