How long is the gin experience?
Both the Spirit of Gin and The Master Distiller experience run for approximately 2 hours. However, we do recommend a 20 min window for taxis and dinner reservations in case we over run due to unforeseen circumstances. Please arrive on time for your experience.
I need to speak to someone about my booking out of hours, who do I call?
If you are running late, are struggling to find us or cannot make your booked experience due to unforeseen circumstances, please call 01423 445131 after 5:30pm and a member of the team will assist you where possible.
How many people can attend an experience?
Our maximum capacity on a Spirit of Gin experience is 16 people and 8 people on our Master Distiller Experience. You can either book a place on one our open sessions or alternatively book the full space for a private party.

What days do the experiences run?
Our open sessions run at the following times:
Thursdays 3:30pm and 7pm
Fridays 3:30pm and 7pm

Can I buy an experience as a gift voucher?
Yes absolutely, if you select the experience you wish to gift then input how many people the voucher is for under the “Gifting a Voucher” section then tick “Purchase as a Gift Voucher.” You should then be able to easily navigate through to purchase. Alternatively, if you want to really treat yourself, we recommend a stay at Rudding Park Hotel which is situated just outside of Harrogate town centre and only a short taxi away from us. Rudding Park’s kitchen garden is where 12 of the 24 botanicals in our gins are grown.
How do I find you?

Is there any parking available?
For those designated drivers, there is plenty of on street parking located close to our experience. Alternatively, we would recommend the Jubilee Multi Storey Car Park which you can find on Google Maps here
When do I need to pay for my experience?
Experiences are booked online, and payment will be taken at the time of booking. If you are not able to book online, please call a member of the team 01423 541279 and they will be able to take your payment over the phone.
Do you allow any guests under the age of 18?
You and your party must be over the age of 18 to attend one of our gin experiences.
Do you provide discount for non-drinkers?
We offer a reduced price of £30 per person for those that do not wish to drink alcohol. We have an extensive selection of tonics and soft drinks available.
Do you provide wheelchair access?
There is step access to the front of the building where we host our Gin Experiences and with the shop being situated on a hill we currently cannot put down a ramp to get up the step. However, we are keen to facilitate access for all guests, so if you have any accessibility requirements, please call 01423 541279.
What is the dress code?
There is no dress code for our experiences. You can dress to the nines or come as casual as you like.
How do I cancel my experience booking?
Provided you give us 14 days prior notice before a scheduled experience you may rearrange or cancel an experience. In respect of experiences which are scheduled to take place less than 14 days from the date of the booking confirmation, we will always try our best to rearrange your experience for you. Do you provide food?
We provide 'Yorkshire Crisps' to compliment the experience.
Do you cater for any special dietary requirements?
The crisps provided on the experience are “Yorkshire crisps” which are Gluten Free and list specific allergens/ingredients on the bottom of the packet.
If sugar free tonic/mixers are required for those who are diabetic, please provide either a preference of the product or the information via email at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 1 week in advance of your booking so we can obtain a suitable alternative.
I don’t like Tonic, what is there for me to drink?
We have a selection of mixers for those who aren’t partial to tonic.
I don’t like Gin, is there anything for me to drink?
We stock a range of other spirits on the bar including rum, vodka and cream liqueurs but please be mindful that it is an experience which focuses on Gin.
What is the smoking policy?
Smoking and vaping are not permitted within the building. There are breaks during the experiences which allow you to smoke outside the premises, please alert your host to this prior to the experience so they can make appropriate arrangements.
