35ml Slingsby London Dry Gin
20ml Lemon Juice
10ml Maple Syrup
20ml Pineapple Juice
1 Egg White
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake for 30 seconds. Add ice and shake for another 30 seconds before straining into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon zest!
