Slingsby Gin Raises a Glass to a Memorable Great Yorkshire Show 2026
Bringing the spirit of Harrogate to the 167th Great Yorkshire Show
From 14–17 July, Slingsby Gin was proud to be part of the 167th Great Yorkshire Show, joining thousands of exhibitors, farmers, producers and visitors for four unforgettable days celebrating the very best of Yorkshire.
Recognised as one of the UK's premier agricultural events, this year's show welcomed approximately 150,000 visitors to Harrogate, bringing together world-class food and drink, cutting-edge agricultural innovation, more than 8,500 animals, shopping and entertainment. The Great Yorkshire Show continues to showcase everything that makes Yorkshire such a special place to live, work and visit.
This year was particularly significant for Slingsby Gin as we joined the inaugural Harrogate BID Harrogate High Street, an exciting new showcase celebrating the businesses, hospitality venues and heritage that give our town its distinctive character and charm.
Throughout the four days, our team welcomed hundreds of visitors to the Slingsby stand, sharing the story of Slingsby Gin and offering tastings of our award-winning spirits. Visitors enjoyed discovering our collection, from our signature London Dry Gin and the nation's favourite Yorkshire Rhubarb Gin to our single grain Vodka, alongside miniature bottles of Blackberry Gin, Gooseberry Gin and London Dry Gin.
As a family-owned business rooted in Harrogate, opportunities like the Great Yorkshire Show are especially meaningful, allowing us to connect directly with our community, introduce new audiences to Slingsby Gin and celebrate the Yorkshire heritage that continues to inspire everything we do. From conversations with familiar faces to welcoming those discovering Slingsby Gin for the very first time, the Great Yorkshire Show once again demonstrated the warmth, community spirit and hospitality that Yorkshire is known for.
