Our Slingsby mixologists have created some wonderfully delicious and simple-to-make cocktails to celebrate Mother’s Day this Sunday.
So Mum’s put your feet up and get the family to prepare you a tipple (or two) this Sunday!
Yummy Mummy
- 25ml Slingsby Rhubarb Gin
- 25ml Kings Ginger
- 25ml Lime juice
Shake all the ingredients with ice, fine strain into a coupe and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
Mother of Pearl
- 25 ml Slingsby London Dry Gin
- 20ml Lemon juice
- 20ml Crème de Violette
Shake all the ingredients with ice, fine strain into a martini glass and garnish with an edible flower.
Mother’s Ruin
- 25ml Slingsby Navy Strength Gin
- 50ml Fig liqueur
- 15ml Sweet Vermouth
- Top with Prosecco
