Cheers to Christmas cocktails
Christmas is coming and will be here before we know it... exciting stuff! We don't know about you but one of our favourite ways to enjoy the festivities is with our favourite people and a delicious cocktail in hand. To make it easier to find out which cocktail you should be serving this Christmas, we have put all of our new festive cocktails in one place.

Santa's Martini
30ml Slingsby Rhubarb Gin
25ml Strawberry Liqueur
25ml Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
INSTRUCTIONS: Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously to create a foam. Fine strain into a martini glass and garnish with redcurrants.
Pear Tree
25ml Slingsby Gooseberry Gin
50ml Pear Cider
50ml Cloudy Apple Juice
INSTRUCTIONS: Build in a chilled flute glass and garnish with a slice of fresh pear or a candied pear.
Naughty or Nice
35ml Slingsby Marmalade Gin
15ml Passion Fruit Liqueur
10ml Vanilla Syrup
25ml Clementine Juice
10ml Lime Juice
INSTRUCTIONS: Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a chilled martini glass. Serve with a shot of prosecco and garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel or even a brandy snap
Sleighbell Sling
15ml Slingsby London Dry Gin
10ml Cherry Brandy
15ml Orange Juice
5ml Lime Juice
5ml Sugar Syrup
Top with Prosecco
INSTRUCTIONS: Shake the gin, juices and sugar syrup with ice and double strain into a chilled flute. Top with prosecco and drizzle with the cherry brandy. Garnish with an edible gold leaf.
Comet's Cosmo
35ml Slingsby Vodka
15ml Cointreau
50ml Cranberry Juice
25ml Lime Juice
15ml Cinnamon Syrup
INSTRUCTIONS: Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Add some festive fun and garnish with a candy cane!
