The Aperol Spritz has dominated brunches worldwide for quite some time now, so we feel it's time to mix things up! Introducing our Slingsby Marmalade Spritz made using our Marmalade Gin that was recently awarded a Gold medal at the Luxury Spirits Masters. A delicate citrusy cocktail served over lots of ice, it's the perfect for those bright spring days.
30ml Slingsby Marmalade Gin
20ml Apricot Liqueur
15ml Sugar Syrup
Soda & Prosecco Top
Add all ingredients to a wine glass with cubed ice and top with soda and prosecco. Lift ice to mix and serve with a crushed ice cap, orange wedge and mint sprig.
