Whether it’s a few guests or the entire neighbourhood you’re entertaining this year, these festive Cocktails are bound to go down a treat with everyone!
Rosemary and Joseph
- 50ml Slingsby Rhubarb Gin
- 1 sprig of Rosemary
- 50ml Pink Grapefruit juice
- 10ml Elderflower Cordial
- 3 Cranberries
Shake and double strain into a tall glass over ice top with soda
Garnish with a Sprig of rosemary and 3 cranberries
Christmas Negroni
- 20ml Slingsby London Dry Gin
- 20ml Antica Formulae
- 20ml Campari
- 25ml Prosecco
- 10ml Christmas syrup
Stir all ingredients in a Japanese mixing glass with ice, except the Prosecco.
Once the drink has reached the desired dilution pour over ice into a rocks glass and top with Prosecco. Garnish with a star anise and an orange twist.
Tewit Gin Fizz
- 30ml Slingsby Navy Strength Gin
- 40ml Violette liqueur
- 10ml Fresh Pink Grapefruit juice
- 10ml sugar syrup
- 20ml fresh cream
- 1 Whole egg white
Dry and Wet shake all ingredients then add soda to the shaker and roll. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with an edible flower or dried rose petals.
Sleigh Bellini’s Ringing
- 25ml Slingsby Rhubarb gin
- 25ml Pink Grapefruit juice
- 15ml Christmas syrup
Shake all ingredient and double strain into champagne saucer, top with Prosecco.
Garnish with 1 cranberry.
