We’ve reinvented two classic cocktails Slingsby-style to keep the cold at bay whilst you gather around the bonfire and watch fireworks light up the autumn sky. Get the recipes for our mouth-watering, smoky Bonfire Night drinks.
Smoked Negroni
- 30ml Slingsby London dry Gin
- 30ml Campari
- 30ml Vermouth
Smoke the glass with a smoking gun. Shake all of the ingredients together. Add to a glass with ice and garnish with burnt rosemary and a grapefruit twist.
Toasted Collins
- 50ml Slingsby Rhubarb Gin
- Fresh Lime
- Ginger Ale
Muddle ½ a lime in a Collins glass, add the gin and fill with ice. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with a caramelized lemon wheel and a side of marshmallows.
