1 Part Slingsby London Dry Gin
½ Elderflower Cordial
5 Parts Prosecco
Fill a jug with all the ingredients, add ice and stir. Garnish with lots of fruit, we've used white grapes, pineapple, green apples and raspberries.

2 Parts Slingsby Rhubarb Gin
1 Part Elderflower Cordial
2 Parts Grapefruit Lemonade (or cloudy lemonade)
Combine all ingredients in a jug with ice. Garnish with grapefruit wheels, raspberries and mint.
