The Peach Fuzz

RHUBARB GIN

Inspired by the Pantone of the Year 2024 "Peach Fuzz", this cocktail is summery, light and refreshing. The serve uses our award winning Yorkshire Rhubarb gin which balances perfectly with the sweetness of the peach and lemonade, making for a very well-rounded drink.

Ingredients:

50ml Slingsby Rhubarb gin

50ml peach puree

200ml Fever Tree lemonade

Garnish with fresh raspberries

Method:

Add the Rhubarb gin and peach puree to glass and stir together, add your cold lemonade and stir again gently. Garnish with fresh raspberries and peach (optional).
