Bright skies call for bright drinks! This combination of flavours from the creamy coconut, refreshing pineapple and sweet vanilla create a super refreshing drink that is perfect to enjoy in the garden with your loved ones.
INGREDIENTS
50ml Slingsby Marmalade Gin
25ml Vanilla Syrup
1 tsp Coconut Cream
40ml Pineapple Juice
Top with Soda
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to a wine or highball glass with cubed ice and top with soda. Lift ice to mix and serve with a crushed ice cap, orange wedge and mint sprig.
