Pomegranate Negroni

NAVY STRENGTH GIN

This adaptation of a classic gin cocktail is dominated by the sweet and tart flavour of pomegranate, but you also get to enjoy the earthy yet citrussy taste of our Navy Strength gin and tangy Aperol. Finish this cocktail with fresh fruit to really bring all these flavours together.

INGREDIENTS

25ml Slingsby Navy Strength Gin

25ml Aperol

25ml Sweet Vermouth

50ml Pomegranate Juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir all ingredients in a short glass with ice. Garnish with a twist of pink grapefruit and pomegranate seeds.
