Date night just isn’t date night until you have some seriously good Gooseberry gin cocktails on the table. Add a touch of elegance with this fresh and flirty cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

35ml Slingsby Gooseberry Gin

15ml Elderflower Cordial

10ml Lemon Juice

Top with Prosecco

INSTRUCTIONS

Build all of the ingredients together in a chilled flute glass. Garnish with a lemon peel twist.
