50ml Old Tom Gin
2 Dashes Angostura’s Bitters
2 Dashes Orange Bitter
1 Brown Sugar Cube
Soak sugar cube in bitters in a Rocks glass and then muddle cube into a paste.
Fill a third of the glass with ice, add 15ml gin and stir for 30 seconds. Repeat this process 3 times until all the gin is used and garnish with an orange peel twist.
