Christmas cocktails with our Navy Strength gin look a lot like this – a combination of rich citrussy flavours that also have a subtle sweet finish. The egg whites in our Naval Sour help to get a good foam on the top of the cocktail which adds to the sophistication and elegance of this festive tipple.


30ml Slingsby Navy Strength Gin 

25ml Lemon Juice 

15ml Sugar Syrup 

30ml Egg Whites 

20ml Port


Combine all the ingredients together aside from the port. Shake vigorously with ice before straining the liquid into an empty cocktail tin. Add the port then shake once more without ice before double straining into a tumbler with cubed ice.
