Spring is here and that calls for refreshingly good drinks. Look no further than our wonderful cocktail the ‘London Calling’ as it is a fabulous thirst-quenching drink to enjoy on those slightly warmer days. Simple yet super satisfying.

INGREDIENTS
40ml Slingsby Gooseberry Gin

15ml Manzanilla Sherry

15ml Lemon Juice

10ml Sugar Syrup

2 Dashes of Orange Bitters

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients into a shaker with cubed ice. Shake hard for a short period and then double strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist or coin.
