Gooseberry IPA Collins

GOOSEBERRY GIN

If you want to impress the father figure or man in your life, jazz a glass of his favourite IPA with some Gooseberry gin. The flavours of the two taste great together with some tang from a lemon and some sweetness from the sugar syrup.

INGREDIENTS
25ml Slingsby Gooseberry Gin

25ml Lemon Juice

12.5ml Sugar Syrup

Top with IPA

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir all of the ingredients briefly over ice in a Collins glass and top with approximately 150ml IPA. Cheers to Father's Day!
