LONDON DRY GIN

In true Slingsby-style, we added a sophisticated Yorkshire spin to this cocktail. The combination of our citrussy London Dry gin with the tangy lemon juice and tart hibiscus syrup makes a wonderful cocktail to enjoy whilst catching up with friends or after a long day at work.

INGREDIENTS

25ml Slingsby London Dry Gin

12.5ml Hibiscus Syrup

20ml Fresh Lemon Juice

Rose Lemonade

INSTRUCTIONS

Add the gin, hibiscus syrup and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and fine strain into a coupe glass. Top with Rose Lemonade.
