Bring a touch of elegance to drinks at home with our Blackberry Sour cocktail. This tangy and fruity cocktail is perfect for date night or a catch-up with your best friends over drinks. A tip from our mixologists is to make sure you give this a really hard shake to get the foam at the top of the cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

35ml Slingsby Blackberry Gin

15ml Rhubarb Gin

25ml Lemon Juice

10ml Hibiscus Syrup

1 Egg White

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake all of the ingredients together and then double strain into a coupe glass. To finish, garnish the glass with an edible flower or a lemon twist.
