INGREDIENTS
50ml Slingsby Blackberry Gin
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
12.5ml Sugar Syrup
7.5ml Crème de Mure
INSTRUCTIONS
Add the Blackberry Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Drizzle the Crème de Mure over the ice to create a bleed and garnish with a lemon wheel and fresh blackberries.
