Try our take on the traditional rum cocktail, the mojito, using our London Dry gin. The citrussy taste of the pink grapefruit from our gin tastes wonderful alongside the fresh lemon and basil. Cheers to the most perfectly refreshing drink!

INGREDIENTS

50ml Slingsby London Dry Gin

1/2 Lemon

Small handful of basil

12.5ml Sugar syrup

Top with Soda

INSTRUCTIONS

Muddle the lemon, clap the basil and then add all of the ingredients to a Collins glass with ice. Garnish the drink with a fresh basil sprig.
