Keep cool with gin ice lollies this summer!

News

Summer is fast approaching and we have everything crossed for months of wonderful weather and high temperatures! Our favourite way to keep cool on those long summer days is with gin-fused ice lollies.

These Slingsby Gin creations use 3 of our fruity gins to make deliciously refreshing treats that are perfect to share with family and friends all summer long. Just a tip from us though... as tempting as it is, please don't be too heavy with the gin as your lollies won't set!
