the slingsby golf academy

We are proud to be a Official Sponsor of the BMW PGA Championship and to celebrate we are stepping up our activities this year with the launch of the Slingsby Golf Academy.

Just in time to welcome the reopening of outdoor sports, the Slingsby Golf Academy aims to encourage and inspire more females to take to up the sport this summer while championing the social side of the game.

With the support of Callaway Europe, we've challenged four celebrity cadets who are new to golf to take a swing at the sport in an exciting novice to competitor series. The celebrities have just 6 months to learn how to play golf before competing against each other in a nerve-wracking play off to qualify for a spot in the BMW PGA Championship Celebrity Pro-Am.

The BMW PGA Championship is one of the most high-profile tournaments on the European Tour. Year-on-year, celebrities from the world of sport, film, music and broadcast come together to play the Championship’s star-studded Pro-Am.

As the journey progresses and the excitement builds, make sure you show your support to the cadets and follow us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and sign up to our mailing list for exclusive updates below.
