INGREDIENTS
50ml Slingsby Yorkshire Rhubarb Gin
200ml Fever-Tree Lemonade
Fresh Strawberries, to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour 50ml of Slingsby Rhubarb Gin into a highball glass with ice and top it with Fever-Tree Lemonade. Mix it all together and top with fresh strawberries.
Initial sweetness of rhubarb followed by the bitter tang of the pink grapefruit citrus base. A tart rhubarb finish rounds off the drink leaving an unforgettable flavour on the palate.
